What Plumbing Maintenance Covers

Think of plumbing maintenance as a physical for your home’s water system. We look at supply lines, drain flow, shutoff valves, water pressure, visible pipe condition, the water heater, and every fixture connection we can access. The point is not to find something to sell you. It is to catch the small stuff before it turns expensive.

Here is how a visit actually works. We start by testing shutoff valves, because in Las Vegas those seize up from hard water scale more than anything else. Then water pressure at the main and at individual fixtures. Then we go through exposed supply lines and drain connections looking for corrosion, buildup, and slow leaks. The water heater gets its own checks: anode rod condition, sediment level, relief valve function. Las Vegas water is hard enough that anode rods can be half-dissolved in three years. Catching that on a visit saves you from waking up to a failed tank and a flooded garage. After the visit, you get a written summary of everything we checked and anything that needs attention.
