What Fixture Replacement Covers
Fixture replacement means removing an old or damaged plumbing fixture and installing a new one. That includes disconnecting the water supply and drain, pulling out the old unit, prepping the connections, setting the new fixture, and testing everything for leaks and proper pressure before we leave.
Simple Swaps vs. Bigger Jobs
Some replacements are straightforward. A new toilet on the same flange. A faucet on the same sink. Others take more work. Moving supply lines, updating drain connections, adjusting rough-in dimensions, or replacing corroded shut-off valves that have been hiding behind the old fixture for 20 years.
We figure out which kind of job it is during the initial look and price it accordingly. No surprises.
Las Vegas water is very hard. The Southern Nevada Water Authority reports hardness levels around 278 to 300 ppm depending on the source. That mineral buildup clogs aerators, stains basins, and corrodes supply line connections over time. If you’ve noticed reduced flow, white crust around handles, or a fixture that looks worn out no matter how much you clean it, hard water is probably part of the reason.
We replace fixtures from all major manufacturers. If you already bought the fixture, we’ll install it. If you want help picking the right one, we can point you in the right direction based on your plumbing setup and budget.
