Licensed Journeyman Plumber
A journeyman at Pure Plumbing & Air diagnoses and repairs residential plumbing systems, runs their own service truck, and takes initiative in the field. Candidates must hold a current state journeyman license and be comfortable running service independently.
Plumbing Apprentice
Apprentices shadow and assist journeyman plumbers installing, repairing, and servicing residential plumbing while completing classroom hours through the state PHC apprenticeship program. We cover books, fees, and exam costs. No prior experience required.
HVAC Technician
Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including mini-splits, heat pumps, and ductwork. EPA 608 universal certification required. Prior experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with ServiceTitan invoicing on a company-issued tablet is a plus.
Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Representatives answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and keep customers informed throughout the service process. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and prior experience with a CRM platform such as ServiceTitan.
