What Our Installation Process Includes

Load calculation for the space: We calculate the cooling and heating load based on square footage, ceiling height, insulation, window exposure, and occupancy before recommending a unit size. Condensate routing: We confirm the drainage path and slope before running anything through the wall. Where gravity drainage is not viable, we install a condensate pump. Single-Zone Mini-Split Installation

A single-zone system pairs one outdoor condenser with one indoor air handler. This is the most common configuration we install in the valley and the right fit for most targeted applications: a garage conversion, a casita, a bedroom that runs ten degrees warmer than the rest of the house, a home office that runs all day while the rest of the home is unoccupied.
Single-zone installs are typically completed in one day. We confirm routing and electrical requirements during the assessment so there are no surprises on install day.

Multi-Zone Mini-Split Installation

A multi-zone system connects one outdoor condenser to two, three, four, or more indoor air handlers, each controlled independently. Each zone sets its own temperature and runs on its own schedule. The outdoor unit runs only what is needed.
Multi-zone is the right approach when you need to condition several spaces and want to avoid the cost and complexity of installing a separate outdoor unit for each one. We size the outdoor unit to the combined load of all indoor units and verify that the configuration is within the model’s rated capacity before ordering equipment.

Where Mini-Split Installation Makes the Most Sense in Las Vegas
