  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash or Check.

  • Do you offer financing?

    We offer financing through Synchrony, Greensky, and All Service Financing.

  • Do you work on commercial properties?

    We are not taking on any additional commercial work at this time.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    The office is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturdays from 7 AM to 6 PM, and Sundays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Our phones are answered 24/7. We have technicians on call nightly to provide emergency services.

  • Do you offer military/senior discounts?

    We offer Military and Senior Citizen Discounts. The technician will apply this discount during your appointment. Only one discount can be applied per estimate.

  • Can you give me a quote over the phone?

    Plumbing projects come in all shapes and sizes. In order to provide an accurate proposal for your project, we will schedule an in-person assessment with one of our highly qualified technicians.

  • How do I shut my water off?

    Depending on the age of your home, the main shutoff will be located in one of three places: the garage, the yard, or at the meter to the home. In the event you find a valve resembling a wheel, it is advisable you contact a licensed plumber before attempting to shut the water off. If you have a ball valve, or a valve that resembles a lever, make sure to turn the handle to a perpendicular position with the pipe. At this point, you can open a hose bib on the exterior of the home or go back inside your home and turn on a faucet to determine whether or not you were successful in shutting off the water.

  • How do I know if I have a leak in my house?

    The first indicator of a leak in the home is visual. Water puddling or gushing in the home is a pretty good indicator of a water leak. Other indicators include a high-water bill, the sound of constantly running water in the walls, or you can check the water meter to see if the dial is spinning (which would indicate a water loss in the home).

  • How much do you charge hourly?

    We do not charge hourly; we are a flat-rate company. Feel free to contact us to schedule your assessment.

  • Why is my water softener making noise in the middle of the night?

    Water softeners are often programmed to regenerate anywhere between midnight and 2AM. The reason for this is when the water softener is regenerating, it closes itself off to the home, (meaning the home is in hard water mode while the system is cleaning itself). Most people are either asleep or not bathing in the middle of the night, so they would not be alarmed by the hardness of the water in the shower.
